Title: Urgent Warning: Stay Away from Casa San Diego Morelia Hotel – Security Issues Date of Stay: November 21-23, 2023 I am compelled to issue a strong warning against staying at Casa San Diego Morelia Hotel due to a severe security breach during my stay. Security Breach: After checking out, I realized I had left a jewelry bag in my room, containing items of great sentimental value. Despite promptly contacting the hotel, their response was dismissive. The staff, including the manager, claimed nothing was found, which is highly improbable as we had not stopped elsewhere after leaving the hotel. This incident has led me to question the integrity and security practices at this establishment. We have taken the step of filing a police report, and an investigation is ongoing. Conclusion: Given this distressing experience, I cannot recommend Casa San Diego Morelia Hotel. The apparent lack of honesty and security makes it an unsuitable choice for travelers. I strongly advise looking for alternative accommodations to ensure your safety and well-being. Las habitación y el hotel están bien pero nada extraordinario podrían mejorar amenidades sábanas y toallas, si tienes el sueño frágil no lo recomiendo ya que escuchas tooodo. Relación precio calidad se quedan atrás, hay mejores opciones por ese precio.

Inmejorable y estupendo
La entrada principal del hotel da a los arcos, y es una vialidad transitada, pero llevar el auto al estacionamiento no es problema queda atrás del hotel, el hotel bien lo vale este pequeño inconveniente, a mi no me pareció difícil, ni molesto! Lo recomiendo ampliamente será siempre minhotel

Estando en el hotel todo está bien, lo único complejo es el estacionamiento que tienes que estar pidiendo que lo abran, no está integrado al hotel, y el domingo es la calle de la vía recreativa entonces se complica la salida en vehículo porque el Google Maps y waze te mandan a fuerzas por esas calles

Su vista con el acueducto es muy interesante. Su cercania con centro historico muy conveniente. Hotel boutique tranquilo. Le falta un area de Spa, una alberca con Bar abierto, estacionamento dentro de la Propiedad. Y el ruido del aire acondicionado dentro de habitación era molesto en momentos. Cuentan con una Propiedad vecina que sin duda sería un gran proyecto para su crecimiento. El personal magnifico. La comida bien.
