Great spot.
Gorgeous hotel. Very modern. Sooooo many amenities. My room had a guitar I could relax with and play. Bathroom was amazing. Best shower products ever at a hotel. Only downfall was the bed. Very very low to the ground. Stiff mattress on what looked like some welded steel bars as a base. Not very ADA friendly. Place is 100% a boutique hotel and worth every penny. A lot of laughs reading the info on everything in the room. Would stay at again if I got a room with a better, more accommodating bed.

Cool hotel and nice rooms but it wasn’t 100% clean and there was a lot of noise coming from the streets.

Chill and Relaxing Room
The hotel looked AMAZING! And don't even get me started on the staff, super friendly and helpful! I will definitely be booking here again for next years trip to LA.

Disappointing, wouldn't recommend
The shower was miserable. Really low pressure (not good enough to get shampoo out of your hair) and the temperature wouldn't go above lukewarm. It was like they never did maintenance on the room. There was also a panel in the wall missing, showing bare concrete. The room also didn't have any USB charging points, surprising for such a modern hotel. And the front desk had sold out of USB chargers (something they should probably just loan out anyway at a 4-star hotel).

Loved our stay!
Kudos to all the staff! Starting with the Valet guys, Porters, Servers, Front Desk, Room Service, etc!! Very, very friendly and most accommodating! We plan on staying at the Ace Hotel going forward assuming you will have us back! Would appreciate any discount offers!
