iTaipei2 Service Apartment

Clean room and bathroom, good location.

Pleasant stay, would consider next time.

The apartment is actually located in the back alley just one lane away from the main road. It's a small block or apartments that they turned into a service apt. The customer service is top notch! I don't speak chinese and I needed a very early 5am taxi driver to the airport. The reception staff asked if I wanted the driver to call me, and I asked if they spoke English and they said no. So I said, ok no worries I still want the call at least I know I'm prompted when the taxi is here. The next morning I got a call from an English speaking person! When I got into the taxi I realised the reception actually got the taxi driver to call him at 5am and he himself called me. I thought this was excellent service and so considerate since I don't speak Chinese :) Don't be scared of the no-frills, old and simple decor of the reception. The room size is seriously huge with lots of space. Big bathroom with amenities and good water pressure! The room does have a slight damp/humid smell, I just think it needs to be aired more since Taipei is 90% raining most of the time. Otherwise, I thought you did get what you pay for with the price and I'm very happy with my short overnight stay and would definitely stay again as long as they do not increase their price.
