Motel One Düsseldorf-Hauptbahnhof

I like the MotelOne brand. Excellent room, great WiFi, friendly staff. But I don’t like the low casual chairs in the reception / bar / breakfast room. It’s not elegant seating and a bit of a discomfort when eating. No wonder the proper tables are occupied first. Otherwise, will be back and we’ll done on your C19 controls. Stay safe

Clean and new feeling, quiet room facing out the back. Friendly front desk staff. Convenient to the station and only a short walk to the Altstadt.

This was our 2nd stay at a Motel One. Previously stayed at a Barcelona Motel One. This location in Dusseldorf did not disappoint. One thing I like about this chain is the open spacious living areas. We enjoyed their living areas between our activities or at the end of the day. May be the best hot chocolate I've ever had. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but we knew they would be. Would most definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located next to main train station. Plenty of restaurant options nearby. Points of interest in city easily reachable through public transportation. Staff was very friendly. Was able to store luggage after checkout and spend a few hours exploring city before catching train. Room was clean.

Very chic and modern decor. Easily accessible to the city center, shoppes, and restaurants.

This could have been a great stay. The room was clean, close to the train station, quiet room. The problem is the room never cooled off and made sleeping very difficult before an early morning flight. It could have been perfect if not for that.

The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable, staff is friendly and helpful. Location is great, being close to the Dusseldorf train station. The price is just right for all these reasons.

Good location, quiet and clean room. Easy access from the central station and old town area. Many eateries around as well. Though the communication of reception should be improved. We booked the king size bed room but was given a queen size bed room without informing us in advance that the booked was not ready, which we could have wait.

Great relaxed hotel for a weekend away, great location, great service and a lovely warm feel.

The hotel is only 5 mins walk from the Dusseldorf train station and is close to the Japanese Quarter (with lots of authentic Japanese restaurants and a big Asian supermarket). It is also within walking distance to the shopping street (10 mins) and the old city centre (Alstadt). The hotel has a very big lobby area that is nicely decorated. The room is sound proofed as I stayed on the first floor facing the outdoor cafe of the hotel, and yet I did not hear any noise from outside. The only downside of the room is that no kettle is provided.
