FERGUS Style Palmanova - Adults Only

Beautiful location right on the beach, next to a number of wonderful restaurants and interior design was very welcoming.

Everything was great, location, staff, food, spa, my only issue was the lack of air conditioning- I visited in October and the hotel had switched the central air on system to heating mode... not good when it was 24 degrees in the day and 18 at night

Unusual but good layout-excellent location ie close to beach taxis, and only 10 minutes from Palma

Lovely hotel with fantastic staff who are very attentive. Great breakfast buffet and the hotel is in a perfect location for the beach, shops and restaurants.

Room was excellent and the staff couldn't do enough for you. I have dietary (gluten) requirements which were all covers efficiently by the hotel as standard. The beach is just across the road and the local area has plenty of bars and shops. Not rowdy at all.

Very nice room (the one with the access to the pool) but with limited privacy as the balconies are partially open and you can see and hear your neighbors. Good location. Definitely not a 4 star hotel....the staff is very friendly but not prepare to help and assist their guests as a 4 star hotel. They couldn’t give tips of places to visit in Palma for example and they suggest us to go to the information center to get a city map and tips. The hotel request a 10 euro deposit to get a pool towel..I’ve never seen it in any sophisticated hotel. Breakfast is served in a big restaurant but during peak hour you risk not having a table and waiting up to 10 min to get a freshly prepared egg or pancake. Food is average (a lot of variety, but nothing really special).

We had an amazing visit, the decor is besutiful and could not have asked for anything more. We will be back for sure.

We loved our stay here. We are a couple in our late 20's. The pool and views were excellent. We came in march and there was still lots to do in Palma Nova (despite places ie magaluf being completely shut). The buffet breakfast is epic. Staff very friendly. They had a TV and sky sport so we could watch the football by the bar. Thanks again!
