Wonderful service in this hotel. The staff is really there to help you and make your stay a pleasure. Being a Finn this kind of attentiviness is not very common and also sometimes makes you feel uneasy but it is just in my head ;-) Location is super as very close Victoria tube station and lots of bus routes too. All the room amenities are very good, the only negative is the TV system (normal in UK I suppose) which is not very responsive and intuitive to use. Having two similar TVs with same remotes also gives certain challenges...

Celebrating our 10th Anniversary in London and took a lot of time researching the perfect hotel. 41 Hotel staff were fantastic - so kind and super helpful! I cannot emphasize enough how special they made our stay (complimentary anniversary cake and a bottle of champagne). The room was large as was the bathroom (very unusual for London). We'll return for sure!

We’ve stayed at a lot of very nice hotels around the world, both boutique and resort style. We have never encountered such a professional, welcoming staff anywhere like that at Hotel 41. Adele, Lauren, and the rest of the staff members there are truly what made our stay in London so memorable. The small details and effort they put forth into making sure you’re taken care of are unmatched. If you’re looking for a luxury, tailor made experience that is literally steps away from Buckingham Palace, this is it.

Fantastic service and attention to detail. Best sleep I had in a while. The location is fantastic, the little things like the honesty bar, snacks and staff make all the difference.

Hotel 41 had amazing service! After our red eye, they greeted us with Tea and a courtesy room to clean up in. Loved everything about this hotel, just wish I had more time there.
