Main Street Madrid

Rooms are as advertised, you can trust the photos. Staff is very nice and helpful. It's difficult to give full stars about sercive level, when the service is limited to what one person can provide from a reception size of a closet. Room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. We loved the room with a balcony, but ask for room on the inner courtyard if you are easily disturbed by car horns and traffic noise in general. Room could be improved by adding a little fridge and a safe.

Everything else is great, except it's noisy in the room, both from the street and the corridor (the reception is in the same corridor with the rooms).

The hotel is nice but very small

Great hostel! Friendly staff, private bathroom adequately sized and plenty of towels, water and clean sheets. Even has a flat screen TV.

Good location at Gran Via with the Palace on the west and Retiro Park on the east. Standard hostel, with no surprises. Might have other places with better value for money but this was acceptable. The staff was friendly and helpful in pointing us to places to visit.
