We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful receptionist who spoke excellent English. She outlined the dinner and breakfast times. The girl in the bar was also very helpful when I asked her about the nearest pharmacy. She looked it up on her phone and showed me on the map. The room was large, clean and comfortable and had a large balcony overlooking the lovely gardens. Our evening meal was tasty and well cooked and there was a nice terrace to sit with drinks before going to bed. The breakfast had a large selection to choose from.

The hotel felt a bit dated and in need of updating. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, however the sound proofing was terrible- you could hear guests in adjoining rooms to the point you could even hear them using the toilet!! Breakfast was far too expensive for the quality and the price wasn’t explained by the staff so it was an unexpected shock.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das grundsätzlich schöne Hotel an naturnaher Lage ist aber sichtbar in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bettinhalte (Matratzen,...) sind jedoch neu und ohne Tadel. Im ganzen Hotel gab es kein Mineralwasser, nachdem die Restauration & die Rezeption geschlossen waren. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, aber ev. wäre es besser, die Zimmerpreise zu erhöhen und mit den Mehreinnahmen die Infrastruktur (z.B. Wärmeschutz in den Zimmern, Kühlschrank mit Wasser in den Fluren, Schallisolation der Zimmer) zu investieren. Eine Bushaltestelle in 2 Gehminuten Entfernung bietet einen schnellen und einfachen ÖV-Zugang ins Zentrum an; dieser ist für Hotelgäste gratis.

Das Hotel ist sauber, das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Trotzdem das das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist, fühlt man sich wohl. Der Außenpool war leider nicht in Betrieb. Der Fitnessraum nicht zugänglich. Bel hôtel avec un beau parc. A 20 mn à pied du centre ville. Belle piscine. Grande chambre balcon avec bouilloire. Manquait cependant les accompagnements. Petite salle de bain mais fonctionnelle (distributeurs savon, shampooing, lait corps) Un frigo, de l'eau et une climatisation auraient été bienvenus. Super petit déjeuner. Petit plus la carte Konus offerte qui donne accès gratuitement aux transports régionaux(bus et trains). Restaurant uniquement le soir. Menu unique choix entre 3 plats (annoncés au petit-déjeuner). Tarte flambée/pizza de 14h à 17h 30 uniquement.

Äußeres Erscheinungsbild des Gebäudes war nicht sehr vorteilhaft. Inneneinrichtung überraschte durch sehr stilsicheres Ambiente. Informationen zu Belegungszeiten des Schwimmbades durch externe Wassergymnastik-Gruppe fehlte. Das war nicht von Vorteil. Unangenehm empfunden wurde das wiederholte Rauchen der Gäste auf dem Balkon der unteren Etage. Der Zigarettenrauch zog unmittelbar in das Zimmer und verharrte dort, mit Geruchsnote über Nacht wie in einem Raucherzimmer. Das Rauchen auf dem Balkon sollte auf einen Gebäudetrakt und / oder nur in den oberen Balkonetagen erlaubt sein.

Hôtel parfait! Personnel très sympathique, souriant et serviable! Ils nous ont très bien accueilli et se sont assurés que nous étions bien installés! La chambre était propre et bien entretenue. Piscine, Sauna, Hammam, billard, table de ping-pong, baby foot. Tout est bien organisé et nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux! Le petit déjeuner était très copieux et tout était bon. Nous avons adoré et on reviendra certainement!
