Disaster of a stay, would not recommend. The hotel looks nice on the surface and the staff were generally nice and relatively helpful, but after arriving at the hotel it was apparent that the place simply isn't as good as it's made to look on images. I am not one to moan but feel like it is necessary here so that other potential guests know what to expect. To begin with, despite check in being 2pm, our room wasn't available until 7pm that evening, due to a bug infestation (sewage flies), not a great start. When we did finally get access to our room, which was one of the suites, we realised it was not in the main hotel building, but on the ground floor of another hotel, which was across a car park/construction site. The suites had been newly rennovated and were evidently not finished. We were missing all utensils from the kitchen, mirrors, hangars, lamps, dining table, chairs, bin and more. On top of this there were still joiners pencil marks all over the room. The room had been advertised with a bathtub looking out through the patio doors, but what we didn't realise was that the patio doors just opened onto a car park. WiFi was awful. Pool area was dirty, the loungers were left out overnight so were drenched every morning. The cabanas on the beach were falling apart. And worst of all they were playing music by the pool and the beach at a level which made it impossible to think, talk, read or relax. Safe to say we didn't spend much time at the hotel.
