The area was nice and beds were comfortable but if you have a car dropping off bags was a pain because no where to park by building. We managed to find a spot behind building but was very tight. We got the apartment because of washing machine but unless you are washing a couple of t-shirts it's pretty worthless and no dryer or place to hang clothes. If you are not driving a car and just need a decent space to rest then it works.
