The host was super helpful and very responsive. The cleaning staff was also extremely nice and helped us with bringing our suitcases on the stairs (maybe 15 to 25 steps. The rooms were clean and the overall space was really big but the most amazing part was the view from the upper apartment. It felt like we were in a movie truly stunning! The only bad part is if you are walking to town there are a lot of steps to go up/down. Another plus is it's very close to the cable car. Would definitely stay here again.

An excellent property in a great location and what a view! There are a lot of steps to climb to get back to the property from old town (>300) plus the uphill ramps. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They certainly exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again.

Great location in that you can walk down steps that connect to the property to the old city in under 10 mins. Walking back up the steps will get the heart pumping but manageable and a taxi would be under 10 euro if you don't feel like huffing it. Overall beautiful view, clean, and comes with parking. Barbara was great to answer questions and responsive.

We stayed at this property at the beginning and at the end of our trip. We booked via hotels.com and for our first stay, we got the incorrect apartment. It seemed this was some communications/advertisement error between systems. Still, we didn't get what was advertised. Also, the third bed wasn't made up so we had to do that ourself. Parking is also rather challenging at the property. With that said, the views were stunning, the location wonderful (but be aware there are LOTS of stairs to climb if going into/returning from town on foot), and the property manager was very responsive and helpful regarding the issues. Would definitely recommend as a great base to explore old town Dubrovnik from.

The parking is a little unusual having to park 3 cars in a row… but it worked out well. Our only misgiving was not the apartment but the 180 steps it takes to go down to the walled city… and even more trying is the 180 steps back up again !

Apartment was spacious and clean with fully equipped kitchen and all the essential amenities. Bathroom was understandably small due to presence of washing machine, which was much needed during our stay. Bed was comfortable. Views of the old town from the apartment were flabbergasting. Old town is easily accessible by foot from a separate door within the property. Host was responsive to all the needs during the stay. Overall had a great time staying at this apartment and would certainly very highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Dubrovnik.

Beautiful place, clean and good response.time from staff regarding communication. Outdoor patio beautiful! Would have liked a heads up that the parking was tight, not allowing us to take our rental car freely with being block.in. The 295 stair walk up.and down from the property was doable, but daunting, for many. Unfortunately the lovely kitchen had no coffee or tea or filters despite having a coffee pot. Laundry service was excellent. Beds very comfortable. Be prepared to walk stairs and not drive if you stay here. But the close location to old town was awesome.

Lovely little apartment

Fantastic little rental apartment situated steps (literally - be prepared to walk uphill!) from the old town. Lovely little patio overlooking the old city and the sea. Excellent communication by property manager. Parking available with the property via a separate entrance. Would definitely stay here again!

The Chill-Out apartment was perfect for a one night stay while visiting Dubrovnik. The team was very responsive and helpful as we tried to drive into the area and find the apartment. Note: The Expedia listing says there is parking, but they have very limited parking. You must reach out to them to see if it's open BEFORE you reserve or you'll end up with no parking. This happened to us and the team there was very helpful in providing parking garages nearby to leave the car. It's also very important to note that you'll either want a taxi or uber to drop you at the top street or plan on hoofing your way up and down some hills and then up 150 steps to the side door. We were exhausted by the end of our visit, but the apartment itself was lovely!

Everything at the apartment was exactly as advertised. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful view of Old Town Dubrovnik and the Adriatic and comfortable beds and kitchen. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning in the bedroom, only in the living room and we experienced a 99° Fahrenheit day during our stay. They did provide a fan but it was quite hot. The living room AC unit was squeaking quite loudly, and the host was responsive but wasn't able to fix it during our one night stay. Thankfully it became less loud overnight. The host was very responsive and provided amazing directions to the parking spaces provided and to get to our apartment door from there. I have never received such clear and helpful instructions before and have stayed in many similar places. It's important to know that the streets around Dubrovnik are quite narrow and require a lot of skillful maneuvering. If you are renting a car be prepared for this. Taxis can easily access the street entrance to the apartment, but if you are not used to driving in Croatia you may want to avoid a rental car in Dubrovnik.

Such a beautiful location with the perfect view. Just be aware it’s a long walk up many stairs to return from Old Town. We took an Uber- ha! There was so much space and the hair was easy to contact and very helpful. Extremely clean and comfy!

There is very little parking and you can get blocked in. It is a very long steep climb from old town to the apartment. To compensate for this it has a marvellous view overlooking Dubrovnik.

The property itself was as advertised, clean, appliances work, wifi worked, everything you'd expect from the listing. Master bed mattress was good and sheets were well prepared, but the kids mentioned the pull out couch was... well, a pull out couch, so fine for kid backs, but I wouldn't suggest an adult plan to sleep on it. The pull out couch was fully made up when we arrived (Thanks!). There is one wall AC unit in the main room that worked very well, and the owners have a standing fan that they provided to push the cold air through the master bedroom, which was just fine. Overall 5 stars from the point-of-view. Other reviewers mentioned the stairs to get to Dubrovnik, you're aware of this already. I think what caught me a little by surprise was the parking situation. You're on the property with other tenants and the parking is 3 deep, so you're parking each other in. We had to coordinate twice to move cars for tenant needs. Everybody was good about it and the host fully coordinated the effort and times, but it's not necessarily something you want to worry about on vacation. That being said, the host DOES have parking at the property and they did properly register the car for us to drive into the restricted area, so that is appreciated.

The view from the property is amazing and it was a short walk to the old city. Out of the gate and straight down stairs until you get to the entrance to old town. Easy walk down. Be prepared for a climb on the way back up. Our only complaint was the lack of bedding for the couch (couldn’t find pillow cases or a duvet). Parking was tricky but we lucked out as we were the only guests with a vehicle when we were there. Getting out of the parking was difficult due to the number of cars in the area when we were leaving. Luckily there was a taxi driver there who helped us get out without hitting anyone or anything. Other than that, I highly recommend staying here.

Wohnung gut und zweckmässig. Alles hat super geklappt, wir konnten auch direkt bei der Wohnung parken. Die Kommunikation war vorbildlich.

This property has an amazing view of dubrovnik from its private patio. Its spacious and comfortable. Communication with the host was easy as was check in. You can walk to old town Dubrovnik in about 15 minutes (there are a lot of stairs) Wasnt a problem for my family of 4. 2 kids age 11 and 13. We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was great
