Homeless persons sleeping outside on sidewalk.Drug addict kept knocking on my door out of her mind during day while i was sleeping for night shift.... staff were fine. I guess thats why the rooms were a decent price.at least.

Only a couple of minor issues...sort of. Went to use the bathroom only to realize there was no TP so had to use Kleenex. Plumbing was very loud when guests used water at 3am.

We booked a kitchenette with 2 queen beds over a month ago when we walked into our room we got a jacuzzi room with a king bed there was 4 of us the front desk did nothing to fix this situation and we had to pay for another room after driving 4hrs the bedding was not cleaned properly my gf got impetigo a skin infection we had to cancel our vacation early to come home we have never had a problem like this before we love to travel with our family but this was the worst experience we have ever had and the hotel did nothing at all to fix there mistake never again will we be staying there
