Homewood Suites by Hilton Rochester/Greece, NY - Rochester

My family of 5 had a wonderful stay here. The hospitality was awesome, Adam at the front desk was super friendly and treated me wonderfully throughout my stay. The rooms are so nice and big and well kept and perfect for a family. The free breakfast is better than any I have ever experienced. This place has forever earned my business!!

The Hotel is super clean and in like new condition. The rooms are like a mini apartment and very comfortable. I will be making a point of arranging my travels to get here more often. The Check in person was awesome and the staff at the dinning area went above and beyond to make everything go well and were very attentive.

I was not happy that we were told the breakfast was served at a certain time but they were incorrect. This year again the fir alarm went off after kids were running down the hall at 3am. The hotel was not as clean as it use to be. :(

Average hotel. Didn't have the room type we wanted when we showed up even though we booked months in advance. Breakfast severely lacking, if you show up after 8am you'll likely not get a plate (many people were eating out of bowls or plastic cups).

The accommodations were very spacious and the staff was pleasant. Good breakfast and dinner buffets
