10/10 Exceptional

It was really comfy and spacious room. even though the staff were not speaking English, they were so welcoming and helpful on anything we need even for trip advices

8/10 Very good

Rooms had adequate air conditioning and they were cold. Hotel staff were helpful and attentive. My main complaint would be the Wifi as the Wifi signal was weak and kept disconnecting. Other than that, breakfast was mediocre and would definitely improve guests experience should they pay more attention to it.

The air conditioner does not work for a cold setting. At this point it was better to open the window.
