A little run down but great service
The shuttle does not run every 30 mins it has to be requested at a specific time. The room was pretty clean with the exception of some stains. The pillows are terrible. The reading lamp didn’t work. But otherwise it was decent. Breakfast was pretty good and they allowed me to use the microwave to heat up my other meals. But the common microwave was dirty. The building overall could use some maintenance, things are just worn and old. But the front desk and shuttle drivers were very nice and accommodating.

It was good. The room was reasonably clean. The only minor issues were 1. WiFi wasn't very good 2. The staff didn't seem very friendly 3. The bathroom didn't have an exhaust But those are minor. Overall, we had a good experience.

Staff was knowledgeable and helped, but were cranky (more than one person). Room was decent but the king size bed only had 2 pillows. Well, technically 4 but they were square/half the size of a normal pillow. Fire door for elevator was wedged open with a wad of paper towels n the first floor.

Nice over night stay
The black guy with the cool watch and super cool attitude made it for us since we were exhausted from flying and need a place to stay he was the cherry on top. Sorry I can’t remember his name but works night I guess thank you.

Worked perfectly for us
We had an early flight out of DIA in the morning and opted to stay here instead of getting a friend up at some ungodly hour to take us to the airport. It worked out great. The room was comfortable and clean, the price was excellent, the shower was good and they had a free shuttle to the airport. Breakfast was included as well, but we were up and out too soon to take advantage of that.
