We were given a corner room of the hotel and so half our room was cut off

We had to wait 30 minutes for our breakfast because the waiters made a mistake
We were not told before booking that we would need to pay £30 each to use the spa. The spa was a big part of why we chose to book at this hotel over others.
We found a piece of wood in our pizzas.
We had made two bookings and on the second stay chose a more expensive room. However, on the day we were told we could stay in our current, corner room, which was a bit odd.
Our sundeck room was misleading compared to images and was a shared, tight balcony rather than a spacious area. The windows had bird poo on it and the bathroom was for disabled people. So, me and my partner could barely get our feet to touch the ground
We were told our luggage would be moved to the new room automatically - however we had to ask the hotel staff were our luggage was and then had to wait for them
We were given the wrong breakfast on the third morning of our stay and had to wait longer for it.
The breakfast bar - a lot of the stuff was left out and stale and the coffee machine constantly went down
The Sauna wasn't working for the first two day in the gym area
In the spa area (which we had to pay £30 each for) the Steam rooms were damp which can be damaging to your health
On checking we had to ask for our £10 voucher which was a bit embarrassing and even then, the hotel desk staff had to take 5 minutes to confirm the booking
