The front office staff is wonderful, especially Karolina, Dennisa, Zivile, Diana. But the air conditioning does not work well. Needs to be sorted out fast. Of the front desk came to the rescue where infra failed.

Tired 4 star hotel needing money spent.
4 star hotel but the rooms are quite tired and need a refurbishment. The bath had mould and bath panel wood was badly swollen due to water damage and this was a premier room. The Tv is tiny especially if you’re trying to watch from your bed. The staff are all very pleasant. I ate in the restaurant and the food was very good. Parking is charged at £12 per night and spaces are very limited.
