Classic Hotel Harmonie

The pictures don’t correlate with the reality.

I spent just a night. the room was nice, clean, good location for business trip.

Arrived at the hotel before check in was given place to secure bags so we could start sightseeing. At check in we was informed that our superior room had just been completed in the new building of the hotel next door. Room was fantastic to a higher quality than our expectations. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast had plenty of options. Will return on our next visit. Just one downside to the hotel they have limited parking and had to park off site but near by

Non working AC in 104 degree heat in addition to not being able to open the windows as the room faced a full on and very dusty construction site. Imagine trying to fall asleep?!

My biggest criticism was that smoking was allowed either in tiny yard or just outside of the building. The last night that I was there, my room was filled with smoke from the yard and I had to keep the window closed while it was kind of hot. When I shared my comment about smoking with staff when I was checking out, they didn’t seem to sympathize with me and no apology at all. Also the room was very small compared to the pictures on Web site. Actually the photographer had done an amazing job in picturing this property in general.
