We have been given a room downstairs near the kitchen and breakfast room. It gets a bit noisy as it approaches breakfast time. Being below ground, we hear footsteps and the sounds of people using the hairdryer (loud!) from other rooms (mainly above). We didn’t have toilet paper and our shower was clogged! The lady at the front desk was helpful and tried to unblock it with a plunger, that helped a bit but didn’t solve the problem. She said maintenance would come the next day, but they never did. Breakfast was adequate but the room is small, so there’s usually a wait for food, or even coffee/water. You get what you pay for, but this could have been much better.

Clean but dated. Breakfast wasn't great, stale croissants, tinned fruit cocktail, cold beans. Very weird little hotel. If you're looking for a cheap getaway then this is it, but don't book if you're after something fancy.

Hotel and desk staff very good , let down by cleaning staff and breakfast. Loud whine when anyone showered and used toilets didn’t appreciate this from about 6 in morning but the rest of it nearly made up for it . Bed very comfortable and excellent location , very friendly and helpful staff on front desk.
