Needs major updates and cleaning
This was our 2nd stay here, and I should have trusted my gut from my first experience. First let me say that the front desk crew was super friendly, and check in was super easy. The first time we stayed here it was due to being the most affordable during a home football game so we excused some of the things that will cause me to never stay here again. The hotel is in need of major updating. The room was quite dirty. I even wiped down the bathroom walls before I could even go in there. We were out of the hotel more than we were in so I didn’t complain while I was there nor do I think they could have done anything. We stayed 2 nights, and had to ask for clean towels twice. I would usually reuse, but once they touched surfaces I wouldn’t dare. The remotes didn’t work well in the room, and the furniture was filthy….even the lamp shades were stained. I did see quite a few large boxes in the lobby area so maybe there is a renovation on the horizon. My only positive besides the friendly staff are the size of the rooms. They are very roomy.
