Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Exceptionally quiet for Dubai. Room service was quick and tasty. Cot was provided when asked for, including some baby products which was nice. Pillows were the best pillows I’ve slept on in a hotel and I’ve slept in a lot of hotels. Only complaint is that valet staff needs to learn some manners. Just because someone drives a Volkswagen, wears a hoodie, and gets Achmed to do his hair for 15 AED doesn’t mean they can’t afford to stay at your hotel.

The facilities were amazing but I especially loved the staff. Rosy was especially welcoming at breakfast and always ensured I had everything I needed. The pool staff were also very attentive and quickly learned what I like and made sure I got it every visit. Nicole at the hotel lobby bar was a gracious host. I look forward to visiting again in the near future and will recommend the hotel to anybody looking to visit Marina Dubai!
