Nice stay
The hotel is good. Location is great as many things are within walking distance. Room was nice - was ADA which we didn’t request or need. We tried to not take it in case someone in need arrived but no one heard our offer. No mention of being a hotel Honors member or Hilton Honors member was given. Otherwise it’s a nice place for a quick trip.

Unpleasant
The folks who checked us in were very accommodating and did a good job. The room we did not notice until it was too late to make the change did not have darkening curtain over the window just the fill me ones that many places have with a darkening curtain. And we were opposite the baseball stadium with bright lights shining into our room creating a daylight experience all night long. The next morning there was no hot water. We were told it was because the day before they had shut off the water due to a leak they must not have very good hot water heaters if it takes 24 hours for it to heat up water. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend anyone else do so.

Won’t be back.
we couldn’t get our room below 80 degrees the entire stay it was massively uncomfortable and hot even with AC running. Hot water stopped working several times. Our room was never cleaned we had to ask for towels. The sign from the stadium across the street was so bright, the blackout curtains helped some. It was LOUD the walls are made from old tissue paper, lots of partying on our floor and road noise. The parking lot filled up several times meaning we had to park at another hotel (even though we paid for parking at ours) and walk in -10 weather. Most people at the desk seemed to be annoyed by us asking for anything. One of the worst stays I’ve ever had.

Worst hotel stay in 40+ years of travel.
At check our 2 queen room was not available due to over booking? room door did not latch and deadbolt would not engage. In AM there was NO hot water for showers. Breakfast time there was no juice…. All apple and orange juice dispensers were empty, NO milk for cereal and coffee was luke warm at best. Reserved parking lot was 1/4 full of construction equipment and they were unloading material directly behind my car when I tried to leave

Overall very nice stay. Quiet and great location. The hotel is under construction right now so some areas are blocked off and in some areas a pretty strong paint smell. But comfortable beds and spacious rooms.

Hotel in Horrible condition
Upon arrival, was told we had to pay to park and was given a room on the 4th floor were the tv wouldn’t turn on and there was no remote. Room phone did not work either. Clerk moved us to the first floor where several rooms were playing loud music and management did nothing about it.
