SpringHill Suites by Marriott Indianapolis Fishers

Pool was broken for entire stay. Neighboring pool was FREEZING. Ten minutes in and my child was puking from shivering!! Refused to allow to pay cash for the room.HAD to pay with cc. Made us change rooms midstay due to their mistake. We left a blanket in the room and it is still "missing". Was promised a refund of one night but manager refused. Breakfast was packed and tons of kids causing caos. Worst hotel stay in a long time!! Stay away! Left an email for the manager but no reply!

The hotel staff was great. Very accommodating. They let us know up front that the pool was out of order for the weekend due to high chlorine layers. While this would have been upsetting if we had brought the whole family it didn’t bother us at all. The pool being down was the only downside as far as we were concerned.

Did not sleep well due to other loud guests in the hallway and above us. There were two adults and two children in the room. We got up Easter Sunday to get cleaned up for a family event. Only to find NO HOT water to shower. Waited about 20 minutes to see if we could get hot water and no luck. Needless to say we left with no showers. Upon leaving the front desk asked how our stay was and we informed them that it was not great. We had no hot water. They said it was not on them???? A boiler had went out. Since I had booked thru Hotel.com there was nothing they could do for us. Then they asked what they could do for us. We said what can you do? Then they offered us something free from their snack bar. Which we declined and left. Never will we stay there again.

The hotel was packed. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast bar was wonderful! They do need to replace the shower heads though.

My room was on 4th floor. Last 2 days there I had to take stairs to lower floors due to elevated would not come to floor 4 in order for me to take it down. The only way it would go up to the 4th floor was if on a lower floor someone pushed it to go up. I think the button to bring it up was not functioning. Reported to front desk and was told they notified maintenance but since it was Sat night they would not be in to fix it that night. I am 65 yrs old with bad hip and knees. Taking stairs was not comfortable or acceptable.
