Nice but not good for disabled customers
The room looked good but the bed was dated. They also pushed their promotion to become a member of their privilege club. I told them i am retired and disabled but they still wanted to sell me their product. The hotel was nice but not tailored to people with disabilities. Yes they have ramps but if you are in a wheelchair you will have to go around their big pools to get to some of the attractions. Their over the pool bridges has steps on them

Great for young families looking to enjoy a beach, family pool and kids pool. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was outdated. Some key necessities were missing such as hand soap and facial tissues.
