The hotel is perfectly located within 2,5 km from the old town, and a bus stop right in front of the hotel. On arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff, and even got our room 2 hours earlier than originally expected. Altogether, the staff was very helpful, efficient and friendly. We stayed 12 days in July, and on most days our room was cleaned during the 20 mins we spent at breakfast. We had half board, and at both breakfast and dinner, there were always several options to choose from in the buffet, and enough variety during the stay. The food is good, honest, and well-prepared.
We had a top floor seaside room, and every night we got to enjoy the sunset from our private balcony (worth paying the extra for!). Like others have mentioned, the room was a bit dated, but very neat and clean.
The hotel has a small pool area, and the pebble beaches are nearby. There are a few options to rent chairs and umbrellas from, or you can opt for a free beach as well. The water quality at the hotel pool was checked each morning.
Altogether, a lovely stay at a nice, small hotel, a good retreat from the tourist masses of Dubrovnik. The guests were mainly adults, some families travelling with teenagers.
