Check In took Hours
We tried to check in at 12. But was told the room was not ready but that it would be ready at 2:30. We had a graduation at 12. So we've had to get dressed in a family members room very uncomfortable. We went to the event and left early since we drove 4 hours. And couldn't rest before going. We went at 345 and room was still not ready. We stayed in the lobby until 5. When our room was finally ready. The man at the desk offered an gave us some munchies but we were still exhausted. AND had a dinner that night and didn't go due to us having to wait for the room. The next morning when checking out the lady at the desk said it's too bad we reserved room thru a 3rd party because there is no way she can help me. I think I deserve something and not munchies.

Nice and clean place to stay. Management was helpful. But my vehicle was broken into and about $800 worth of items were stolen. I made sure and parked my vehicle under a light and two cameras pointed at it. The next day I requested the video from management, and they just gave me the runaround.
