Club Maspalomas Suites & Spa - Adults Only

Mukava vastaanotto kun saavuimme hotelliin ja muutenkin henkilökunta palveli meitä kiitettävästi. Hotelli on rauhallinen koska lapset eivät pääse sinne riehumaan. Sijainti vähän pitkällä ravintoloista mutta taksilla pääsee alle 5 eurolla inglesiin ja maspalomaksen rantabulevardille. Kuntosalilta löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Allasalue on erinomainen varsinkin spa osasto. Aamupala kattava. Lisäksi lentokentälle kulkee bussi aivan hotellin vierestä.

Highly recommended - great experience in every way

This is an establishment that understands that the cornerstone of a sustainable business is a great customer experience. I visit dozens of hotels every year (and rarely leave reviews), and I can safely say the level of service at Club Maspalomas is among the best I've ever experienced. All members of staff were very friendly and went above and beyond in all interactions to ensure we had a pleasant stay. This hotel was renewed recently - when we made the booking there were only computer generated images available and almost no reviews from the hotel post-renovation so we weren't sure what to expect, but needless to say we were very impressed. They have invested a lot into this hotel and all aspects of both rooms and public facilities are well thought-out, with very few compromises made. We only had a few minor gripes: the rooms were fairly cool in december since there was no heating (only A/C), the rooms were a bit small, there were not many hooks/bars to hang wet clothes, and the lighting inside the restaurant was quite bright and not very atmospheric in the evening. There is not much to do in the area, so I would recommend renting a car if staying here. On the other hand, there were numerous pleasant surprises, e.g. good beds, the heated pool (in addition to the hot pool in the great spa area), fast wifi, the well-equipped gym, excellent breakfast (we didn't have a lot of other meals at the hotel) and even local craft beer served in the bar. :) Thumbs up!

Loistava kokemus. Sääli vaan, että paikka suljetaan kesäksi ja kaikista bungaloweista remontoidaan keittiöt pois. Ilman tätä palaisimme varmasti.

Lovely place to stay. Staff so friendly and helpful. Despite being in lock down due to Covid 19 after only 2 nights stay the resort team could of not been more helpful. Only went out on our first day for a walk. About 30 mins to Yambo centre for restaurants and shops. Plenty of the usual restaurants in a holiday resort to choose from. We took advantage of the evening meal special offer while at Club Maspalomas. Buffet style 3 course meal. Plenty of choice and food was lovely. Fantastic swimming pool with dedicated swimming lane. Plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. Spa pool nice and warm with views over the complex. Stayed in 1 bed junior suite. Very nice appt . Could do with more wardrobe space as it’s very limited only around 12 coat hangers. Fortunately I always pack a few of my own, but hanging rail very small. Small fridge, tea and coffee facilities and daily maid service. Pool towels supplied Highly recommend, would defiantly go again. Relaxing Mums week away

Excellent facilities for a peaceful retreat

A beautiful complex all round! Friendly efficient staff - easy to see they liked working there! All on the flat so excellent for mobility requirements. The cleanliness was amazing - we could see painters tipping up as guests left! Great facilities in the room, pool, bar and restaurant- and a beautiful spa with access to the pool area for everyone! The food was high quality and freshly cooked! Plenty of choice for everyone. Comfy beds, lovely linen, kettle in the room - we didn’t want to leave. But we’ll be back!
