Very bad and rude team, uncomfortable service, team members speak very, very bad words about guests in local language, considering guests won't understand it. checked out the very next morning. Management was informed

We we were a family of 4 adults and 3 kids .. We booked the Family rooms and let me say everything was just amazing... From the Greetings with a smile to the very cozy Room styles everything was just perfect... We a booked an all Inclusive. Family rooms over look the gardens and generally all rooms seems to be quiet. The lunch buffet was OK but the Dinner at the Main restaurant was great... The variety of food was good and the taste too. The only 2 comments are as a chocolate lover I never found any chocolate desserts& there are no restaurants ( even a la carte) after midnight... One of the rooms had chocolates brought in every day but my room didn't ... There is also a lot of fun activities Darts ; jacuzzi; baby foot... The Animation team were really lovely and again all Smiling.... We asked for a 1 night extension on a very short notice and unfortunately we couldn't get it is a very high season; But the GM Mr Wissam was very keen to find us a room and that definitely will make Makadina out place in Hurgada next time ... I would like to thank all team from reception to waiters for letting us have a Comfortable and pleasant stay!!!

Wonderful hotel, very clean and attractive overall. The food was good with a nice selection, a bit above average in quality with nice presentation. The room was excellent, clean and in great condition, nice size, and the air conditioning was powerful. Free access to the big water park was thoroughly enjoyed by my daughter. The beach was nice, and the snorkeling was excellent just off the beach with many fish and live corals to see. Some of the other guests could be a bit rude at times, especially in the buffet restaurant, but I suppose that is to be expected when most are from eastern Europe... We were the only Americans at the hotel and the only people speaking English. Most of the staff did speak decent English however so we had no difficulties. This was a nice 3-day beach/relaxation break in between our travel throughout most of Egypt's best ancient sites. Our only minor complaint about the hotel would be the weak air conditioning in the buffet restaurant. The weather was hot (August), but I think the A/C is underpowered for the space. It could get quite sweaty during meals, especially at the peak times when many people were dining.

Everything was perfect beach , pool and restaurant but they need more staff to offer drinks and cool towels in the beach and pool area and the animation team wasn't good or active. Food was good with large varieties
