Very clean property and room. Nice little restaurant/bar right next door. We overall really enjoyed our day

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location close to amazing restaurants and King Street! Everything was really clean, you could tell they are paying extra attention during Covid to ensure cleanliness. The staff was wonderful - everyone was very friendly and welcoming, answering all our questions. We are excited to come back and use the inn more fully once Covid is over, but we did enjoy sitting my the fire in the courtyard in the evenings!

Staff was helpful for the most part! The courtyard was a great place for conversation and relaxation. It was an easy and delightful walk to excellent restaurants and historic sights. The evening front desk guy was not knowledgeable or helpful on touring.

The staff was friendly. We paid for breakfast but no breakfast served because of covid. The room smelled of mildew. It was sad in its decor. It needs a hard and soft renovation. AC is a window unit. Very over priced

We had a good stay at Elliott House. We stayed one night and it was during the pandemic so some of the amenities were not offered (which we understand). The staff was very helpful and informative regarding the area. The room was updated and clean. It was a nice stay. One thing to know, there is a parking garage across the street that charges $20 per 24 hours. The inn does not validate. This was not a big deal for us, but I think important for someone to know. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Nothing fancy but clean and updated. The bikes they offered were perfect and the location was excellent! Only complaint was not the hotel's fault. Rocking party with loud band was right behind the hotel. Music doesn't stop until 11:00 pm. For the price good place to stay.

Great location and nice accomodations. Did not like being awakened each night by the truck that empties the trash bin for the restaurant next door.

My wife and I booked for Elliott House Inn for a weekend. Great location in the heart of Charleston's historic district. Location is very convenient to restaurants, historic sites, going across the river to Mt Pleasant or to James Island. Parking garage directly across the street was very easy access, and on-street parking for the weekend (no cost at night, Sundays if you can find a spot). Room was simple and easy access from the courtyard, and appreciated the refreshments set out (tea, ice water, coffee). Clean room with rustic wood floors. Bathroom was OK (pedestal sink so limited 'counter space apart from some extra shelving strategically placed). TV in the room, as well as small table and chairs. Very comfortable bed and pillows. One very nice perk is free use of bicycles for guest (if available); that proved to be an enjoyable afternoon biking down streets lined with beautify homes. Dining very convenient within the block, however due to COVID no breakfast as advertised on Expedia :(, but an excellent reason to try Miller's (half block west and one block south) - AWESOME BREAKFAST - very filling too. Overall a great stay.
