This gorgeous apartment is located in the exclusive neighborhood of Lake Harbor which contains a man -made lake! Few people know that this area had been a rock quarry but developers changed the area into an exclusive beautiful place where people could own homes on a lake and still be able to access Boise’s Greenbelt river walkway that stretches from the eastern side of Boise at the Lucky Peak Dam while meandering through parks and city areas all the way into Eagle, Idaho! The greenbelt follows the course of the Boise River and affords the walker a chance to see waterfowl and other small wildlife animals. The occasional deer might be seen wandering in the brushier parts of the river banks! Yes, Boiseans sometimes see whitetail deer that come into the city from the river.
You will love that this apartment is near a lake as well as other places to explore in downtown Boise!
