The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The best part was the location, just a few blocks walking distance to the Cathedral and El Centro.

Good location near the city center and the Tarascas. Comfy bed but some other things like the doors and windows are very old and rusty. Window view just to a big wall. Don’t eat at the Hotel restaurant, any other place in Morelia has better food

Staff were friendly and helpful, including front desk and restaurant. The location was good - 3-minute taxi to the cathedral; the hotel was clean, and the parking secure; the food in the restaurant was very good. The only 2 negatives were: 1. we asked for a room near the entrance & elevator, with no stairs, but we needed to walk half the length of the hotel to the elevator, and all the way back again to get to our room. 2. we were surprised to find a modern hotel with only one 3-pin outlet in the room.

The hotel’s location is excellent. You’re within walking distance of the Cathedral and an array of other temples; close to the colonial aqueduct, green areas, monuments, museums and banks. On your way to the historical centre you will encounter restaurants and will be able to get a feeling of the daily life as you traverse the street blocks. The hotel offers breakfast that is wholesome and satisfying. The options will satisfy any taste. The facilities at the hotel are clean and I found that while it is located right off a main street in Morelia, it was quiet at night, allowing for a restful sleep.

No air conditioning and beds extremely hard. Clean enough but if you can you should probably choose a better place.

Close to downtown, terrascas and pretty central. Everything what I would expect for a mid to budget hotel.

The hotel was clean and the location was excellent inside parking very convinient.The service not good.

The room I stayed in was pricey for Morelia, but it was a nice room and comfortable. The staff were friendly, and the manager accommodating when there was a problem. I would recommend the hotel, but can speak only for the most expensive rooms. There are many hotels in Morelia, and the market is competitive. Nevertheless, I was happy with my stay and really enjoyed the hotel's location away from the main cathedral and all tourist spots there as I could explore more and find plenty of great restaurants and bars near the hotel.

The place was kind of noise but good, the breakfast buffet was excellent.
