Laadukas hotelli
Loistava hotelli yhden yön pysähdyksen Kölnissä. Huone oli perheellemme oikein mukava ja tilava. Sijainti mitä parhain.

Lovely hotel, but no pool!
The positives, the room was a large twin (as booked) and the room and bathroom were very nice, clean and well maintained. Additionally, the separate shower was powerful and good. Housekeeping rang the bell (apparently, I was still fast asleep!) and then let themselves in moments later so that wasn’t a great start. Also, we paid extra for a hotel with a pool, there’s simply an attached gym with a pool that you have to pay €15 a visit for! Don’t pay extra for the hotel because you think it has a a pool!

Not what it used to be.
Check in and check out we’re both very slow. This hotel chain is not very well run and use dated technology. The hotel was also doing some renovations, which I was not made aware of. I could hear drilling in my room, but they did move me too a quieter room. Every time I tried to call the reception I was placed on hold, so I found it easier just to go down and speak to them in person. But the hotel has some good bartenders.
