Wonderful experience at this hotel
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was in a great location and was stylish and spotless, the maids worked so hard to keep it that way and were so friendly. All the staff were super friendly and always happy to help with anything. The roof terrace was wonderful. We used the pool daily and the roof bar staff again gave excellent service. Sunset from the terrace was incredible. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Avoid ROOM B7 or book elsewhere
I had a horrendous experience staying here. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. I booked a double bed but the room they put me was at the basement with one small window. I felt like I was inside a jail cell and had so much anxiety because I’m claustrophobic. Do not let them put you on room B7 at all cost unless you hate the view of the outside world. I was also placed next to guest with huge dog that bark every night and could hear footsteps from upper floor and hallways. I barely got any sleep. On the other hand. each time I took a shower, the water flooded the bathroom no matter what I did. There was only one door in the tub which is typical in a European hotel but the layout caused the water to leak from the tub and overflows on the floor. It was frustrating that I requested to move to another room even if I had to pay extra but my request was ignored. Moreover, when I requested to have my room cleaned, the door sign was flipped to do not disturb which Im pretty sure it was the housekeeper who did it. I told front desk about it but didn’t do anything. This hotel is also not eco friendly because they provided toiletry bags of shampoo and bath gel instead of a refillable containers. I can only imagine how many used small containers get thrown each day and its very wasteful. I will not stay at this hotel ever again. I have no idea how they’re rated 4 stars because they don’t deserve any single star in my opinion.

Great location, be careful about what room you get
I paid for a suite, was put in a large suite with no windows & a black bathroom (whose shower just dumped water all over the floor). I felt like I was in a coffin & was depressed & hated it. Room b4, avoid at all costs unless you're a vampire. After 3 days, I complained & they moved me to a small room with windows on the other side of the hotel, where I was much happier, just wish it had been comparable to what I paid for or that they offered me breakfast daily as an apology or something. The guy who moved my bag said no one likes the black coffin room; I don't know why they offer it to people.

Difficult to drive to
Hotel room/accommodations are excellent. We rented a car and came from Cordoba. It is very difficult to get to the hotel by car. We would have appreciated an email with instructions on how to get there. We used Apple Maps and Google maps. Both of them were occasionally wrong ( navigation took us through no entry sign streets). Took is almost 2 hours to get to the hotel. We do not know if we will get a fine in the mail ( or more)
