Hotel Son Caliu Spa Oasis Superior

This hotel is one of the best I have visited. I have been a busy traveller almost 45 years visiting around 80 countries. It is very clean, a good breakfast, very friendly service. The lobby areas are amazing with hundreds of arm chairs and couches. Very stylish and elegant. Good WiFi. Nice spa. The only negative thing is the sun beds by the pools. They are very limited and the people are reserving them with they towels even they shouldn’t. It can’t be so difficult to find a system to avoid this ! Those small written bords where they are saying it is not allowed is not enough. Just remove the towels if the people are not there for example for one hour or try to do something for that problem so every guest could enjoy the pool area. The airport bus A11 stop is only 7-10 min walk away from the hotel. Excellent hotel !!

Lovely beach location, suitable for swimming. Clean property. Rooms were small but modern with good bathroom. Staff were always wearing masks and made the guests feel safe and welcome. Great spa, good facilities.

Fantastic hotel with extremely kind and helpfully team. Breathtaking views ,outstanding cleanliness ,delicious breakfast,beautiful room,superb Portals Lounge,SPA,beach and swimming pool area. We had a great time there and hope to come back one day:)

Our fourth or fifth stay at this hotel and although we had to cut it slightly short this time it was another good stay. Our room has a partial sea view which was nice although as a repeat returning guest it might have been nice to have been offered an 'unobscured' view especially as the hotel was so quiet. The 'flooding' problem with the showers in the rooms seem to have been addressed with new trays which was good, and it was good to see that the hotel are now using refillable toiletries rather than all the small bottles. The restaurant was spotlessly clean as usual and the food good quality & variety at breakfast. We only ate dinner on one evening but again it was good. We really like this hotel and I'm sure will use again. Our only small gripe is paying for the safe which these days seems very outdated.

Great location, walking distance to many restaurants. Property was very clean, but looked a bit dated. Breakfast buffet was excellent, lunch was not so good. The room had a lovely deck and our own lap pool, but sadly it is chilly this time of year and they were not heated (that would have been a big plus). Main pool was not heated either.

Well presented modern hotel with a nice indoor and outdoor pool. Rooms and bathrooms were modern and clean. Breakfast was great, very good selection. Handy location, just 5 minute drive to Puerto Portals and 20 mins to the airport. On the whole the staff were very good, helpful and friendly.

Lovely Hotel and nice service.

I loved the hotel! It’s positioned perfectly, nearby to everything. The staff couldn’t do enough and we always felt special. Our best find was the Portal Lounge which was adult only and boasted fab views of the sea. The rooms equally didn’t disappoint. We will definitely come back year after year!

The check in was a bit of an adventure talking over 30 minutes due to some problems between hote.com and the actual hotel. But 24 hours later it was sorted and I had the nicest stay. Really soft, friendly staff, great SPA and the pool area, with access to the ocean was fab. Newly renovated rooms with my own coffee machine. Access to diving, SUP boards, bikes, snorkling, A great place for recreation alone or with family. AND the hotel is Dog friendly. Downside was the food. for dinner or lunch not very exiting....but a huge breakfast buffee American Style to start the day.. Overall Great!!
