Hotels.com is awful!
Booked hotel based on pictures of nice room and indoor pool / hot tub. Went to check out the pool and it was closed for repair. Room was nice, tv didn’t work! Called front desk to get refund and go somewhere else they said no problem and they understood! They said I had to go through hotels.com to get my refund as they refunded them. Hotels.com is nearly impossible to get refund back from!!! I will never book through hotels.com again and I’d suggest if you book you call that hotel before to make sure all amenities are open. After we left we went to holiday inn across the street (which was the same exact price as hotels.com) and it was great. Save time, money and headache and just book through the hotel direct.

When we got there we thought the place was closed. Waited forever for someone to show up at desk but once they got there they were nice. No ice. No Pool or hot tub.

The staff was very friendly and allowed us to check in early. Though the building is old, we wouldn’t have minded if it would have been cleaner. The beds were clean and neat, but the carpet looked dirty and in need of vacuuming. The pool, however, was great! It has a 9 ft area, and is pretty big for a hotel pool. Overall, this hotel was perfect for our plans, just could have been cleaner.

Showed up to a half dressed office lady talking on the phone in the back NO MASK when she finally saw me she told me that the water heater blew up and that she was moving me to another hotel. Thank God bc it looked so bad from what I had seen so far. The hotel she moved me to was beautiful and so clean and everyone wore masks! So stay at the Fairfield across the street.

internet/wifi was very slow and lacking in signal. couldn't do my work at all. had to go to nearby restaurant to get a decent signal so that i could get my job done.

Seemed like there were drug dealers next door to me. 3 different vehicles, 3 different peopl, in 2 hours enter the room next to mine and left. All looked like they were on something. Staff was nice though.
