Quality Inn & Suites Liberty Lake - Spokane Valley

On the second night of our stay, we returned to the hotel around 10:30 PM. Our key cards had unfortunately demagnetized and would not open our room. When we went to the front desk we found the lights off and a sign instructing to dial 0 on a phone but only if it was an emergency. We called 0 4 times before someone finally, sleepily answered the phone and told us to “give them a minute and they would be down”. They eventually came down, reset our keycards, and did NOT offer any form of apology. My family waited for 30 minutes to get back into our room because this property does not staff their front desk at night. Awful experience. Will never recommend this establishment to anyone, ever. Totally and completely unacceptable.

Nice hotel. Had a good stay with our two Pomeranians. Very good breakfast. Nice walking area outside hotel

We liked the privacy of the room, the room was clean and stocked well with towels, coffee, etc. The jetted tub was very nice, but seemed like it needed some attention. The bedding was comfortable, mattress fine but not soft. Breakfast was interesting. Don't be late or there won't be any food left. Good offerings though. Overall, we enjoy coming here, but the hotel itself could use some updates. We would stay again, so not a big deal. You will enjoy your stay, it is in a nice location away from traffic.

The room was clean, which is ultimately the most important thing to us. Otherwise...this place has some improvements to be done. Front desk staff was pretty nonexistent, which we had to track down to get basics like soap... and the continental breakfast was laughable. About the room ... there appeared to be a recent shotty renovation. Drywall was exposed on the ceilings, messy paint job and trim coming off the wall

Room was clean, bed comfy. Only problem was the desk clerk went missing for a while after I checked in.

Very convenient area right off the freeway. Front desk was very friendly. The air conditioning didnt work in the room and there was no screen on the window so couldnt keep it open. Also, you can hear everything around you... can listen to conversations being had in the rooms next to you, so if you are a light sleeper i wouldnt recommend. Comfy bed though!

The floors in the room were filthy dirty. Our feet were black from walking around. The ac was not good enough to cool the room for my family. Pool was closed due to covid, but thats not the hotels fault. Beds were not very comfortable

It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing even with all the covid going around!

My only disappointment was not being able to use the pool and jacuzzi due to Covid.....I really was looking forward to it.
