Extended Stay America Great Falls - Missouri River

The receptionist at the time was extremely nice. I was surprised when she called my room about an hour after to ask if everything was good with my room l. Great clean place to stay.

Its was great.

The front desk staff are always so helpful and friendly and will go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Check in and check out were a breeze. Everything was spotless in terms of cleanliness and sanitization. I felt perfectly safe staying here. I was a little disappointed that they didn’t decorate the elevator for Halloween as they have done that every year.

The vinyl floors in our room were filthy. I spilled a little water and wiped it up and the rag was black. Checked other areas of the room and it was the same. We stuck to the floor. Unexceptionable. Office blamed it on lack of workers.

I booked a King room but when i got there i was told there were none available and had to take a double queen with a tiny desk in it. Hard to work from.The refrigerator did not work so i had some food spoil.

The location was great , the room was clean . What I didn’t care for was , how people keep putting rocks to leave the side doors open . Didn’t seen safe ..

Great choice for business travel. Very usable kitchen. Location is close to historic downtown and right on the Missouri river. There is a nice park/river trail all along the Missouri and comes right up to the hotel parking lot. Lots of picnic tables with park grills.

I typically like staying here, but they had some kind of planned television maintenance and didn’t bother to inform the guests. So from a 4 night stay I was there 2 nights with no tv because I was sleeping, aka using the service I paid for, when the tv people showed up. If they'd given me a note that they needed access to the room I'd have been sure to be up. When I called the front desk about the tv being broken they were apologetic but also blamed me for not magically knowing their maintenence schedule.

Room was clean, but bathtub was not very clean and water didn't drain well during a shower.

I notice the guest score was somewhat low; however, after staying there I was very impressed.
