Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Rancho Cordova

I was looking for a Suite during Thanksgiving and this was the only one that was available close to where we wanted to be. I'm not sure where to even start. We checked in about 11pm and the closest elevator was broken. We had to lug everything around with the kids across the hallway. Probably because of location this hotel seem to attract 'all types' of people. First room we went to (Room 310) seemed like someone just smoked weed in there. Smoke detector was taken out. Has to be a code violation? Front desk was kind enough to change us to Room 410. Lot better, but the carpet seems like it's been through WWIII. Blinds seemed like someone threw a coffee pot across it with large stains all over... disgusting. Shower head was missing. I called before I made the reservation to make sure there is a microwave and refrigerator. Microwave never worked for our entire duration. Since we came back to the hotel just to sleep, by the time we got back maintenance guy was gone and it was one excuse after another. Front desk never conveyed the message to maintenance staff. People smoking right outside next to clearly marked non-smoking signs and cigarette butts all over the floor. Questionable characters frequent the site and roam around the hallways at night and early morning. One day we heard threatening someone in a car to get out or he was about the break the window. Other hotels have packaged breakfast to go, they blamed COVID for not providing. Stay out of Days Inn by Windham!

I hope i dont have to get testes once back to work!!! I think just laying there trying to get some sleep, i was h****!!!

The bathroom light didnt work. It reeked of cigarette and when we got to the room the window was wide open with no screen. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The tv had no remote with very bad quality and the room phone was yellow and brown dirty. The WHOLE ENTIRE night there were people yelling and cussing outside our room and in their room next to us and banging on doors. They kept waking my one yr old up. Would go back there specially because it was kinda expensive for that quality. Do not stay here. Staff was nice thats it.

I would never stay at this hotel and I think that you should remove this hotel from your site. It is unsafe to rent rooms that do not have proper fire alarm protection. We got our money back and stayed at the Marriott for the same price price. To say the least this hotel is crap

Ordered 6 different rooms for crew working nights and only 4 were admitted and 2 were not allowed checkin since they showed up at 4am for paid reservations and were turned away. Then all 4 rooms - not just one or two complained of not being able to use restrooms for foul smell, foul smelling bedrooms, dirty floors and bedding. Definitely not a “good 6.6” in my opinion but perhaps a 1.1.

Premises seemed dirty, especially around the elevator. The room had some issues (leaking toilet, broken towel rack) and was not properly stocked (1 towel, no wash cloths).

It was a very clean room to stay in. I recommend anyone to stay at this place. Customer service was excellent.

They have a hi deposit of $150. Cash if you don't have a bank card.

So many problems: 1. Outlet didn’t work 2. The AC unit small 3. Refrigerator didn’t work so I lost my meat 4. Hair dryer didn’t work very well 5. Reception was so rude I asked her to change my room but she didn’t help us 6. Had just one towel but I booked for two people when I told reception she didn’t response for that 7. Did not have shampoo and soap , hopefully I brought my stuff

There were no wash cloths, water or coffee cups and only one coffee if there were cups to put it in.
