From the holiday home with spacious balcony and terrace you can admire the amazing view of the surrounding mountain world every day. Enjoy the wonderful nature on the beautiful hiking trails that start right outside your doorstep.
The house is lovingly, completely and generously furnished. In the beautiful oak sauna with relaxation room you will come to complete relaxation. Enjoy a homemade tasty meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen with cooking island. At the round dining table in the bay window, you can raise your glasses together on many more cosy evenings while the children 'chill out' in their own play corner. The fireplace is an ornamental fireplace and is not for use.
For winter sports enthusiasts, this luxury holiday home is a true dream to stay in. The ski bus stop is 400m away. In just 18 minutes you reach the versatile and snow-sure ski area of Serfaus, Fiss & Ladis. Closer you will find a smaller ski area, Ried (Fendels) with 10 kilometres of slopes. In the beautiful Kaunertal you will also find the relatively quiet and snow-assured ski area 'Kaunertaler Gletscher'. This area is an "insider tip" for ski touring and freeriding. After a day in the snow you can store your winter sports equipment in the ski storeroom with ski boot warmer.
As a nature lover, a visit to the Kaunertal in summer is highly recommended. Visit natural park Kaunergrat with its impressive glacier (3,108 meters), deep valleys, crystal clear lakes and stretched alpine meadows. The Kaunertal Glacierstrasse takes you to an altitude of 2,750 metres and with its 29 bends is one of the most beautiful mountain roads in the Alps.
