Econo Lodge

My wife and I have stayed here before with mixed feelings about the place. 1st time there internet didn't work and there was an issue with a security door but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. 2nd time, internet was fine, same security door issue, which I reported, and was promised it would be fixed. Several years later, same door, same problem; again, I was promised today that it's being taken care of, but again, very comfy bed and very clean. Oh well, I'll never know because I moved my parents back up north so it's unlikely we'll be in Greeneville again.

as soon as I walked in there the room it smelled like cigarettes, the person who was at the front desk wasn't nice at all and didn't give me 2 rooms next to each other like I had asked and there where plenty empty rooms I will never book there again.

Was told on the phone they were doing breakfast and they are not. The door to my room stuck . Not a good experience at all

Filthy. Room was not cleaned. Dirty socks left by previous occupant. You’ve got to be kidding . No way will we be back!!

First room was not cleaned to expectation. Second room was wonderful and front desk attendant was outstanding.

I'm afraid I can't say anything good about the Greeneville TN Econolodge. The room smelled and was not clean. Left over soap in the bathroom. No liner for the ice bucket. No creamer for coffee on my second day, and no coffee on the third day. No hot water for shower on the third day and fourth and final morning. I'm sure staff did their best with their resources, but it felt like they had given up as well. The owner clearly has put no money into the facility. This place failed on every single fundamental necessary to successfully operate a hotel. What more can I say? I will never stay at another Econolodge.

Location Staff was amazing one of our rooms was dirty food in fridge no trash bags teash can had garbage in it beds was made up with dirty sheets. Food on floor . our other room was fine I own a commercial cleaning business so this was totally unexacceptable . Staff moved us quickly and was very apologitic but as we told them it was not their fault

Some of the staff were rude, they did not come clean the room or empty the trash, nor bring clean towels. When we asked for an extra pillow they refused. The pool was not open even though the advertisement said it was.

The property is dated, but is adequate for sleeping overnight. The pool is drained because of COVID-19 and there is no breakfast. The sign about the changes says that there are "Modification to breakfast offerings." It should be not offered. It was a good price so I am not complaining.

The place economical and good facilities. Overall a good experience.
