The hotel was fine and easy to access. My only issue was I reserved a smoking room (didn’t realize they still existed), but that’s on me not the hotel. Just be sure to look out for that l.

Great location and a good place. Quiet, safe parking, gas station and restaurant open. Towels are very rough and the water pressure was just adequate. Sink knobs were weirdly difficult to turn. But the bed was comfortable and had regular pillows!

Rooms were nice and clean. Left an Apple Watch accidentally. They are shipping it back.

In room coffee was really bad. Need a different supplier or item. Lobby coffee was horrible also. Vending machine being out of order was an issue for some in our group who had not been able to stock up on drinks before arriving.

Restaurant walking distance, parking lot felt safe with lots of lights.

The smoke detector was removed, there was pills in the room, the iron has been removed the room smelled like mildew

I was overall happy until the morning of check out. When I checked in I paid the money for my dogs and requested a late check out of 12pm. I was in an area with no service and between the hotel and hotels.com, they threatened to call animal control to come get my dogs and then called everyone on my hotels.com account and my dogs collars letting them know I abandoned my dogs! No one recorded my late check out and this started promptly at 11am. I was back to the room by 11:50am and out on time, but my personal business was shared with individuals that it shouldn't have been and now I am in hot water with my company and with my family.

First let me start by saying, I loved the 2 front desk ladies from 1st and 2nd shift on july 27th 2019. BUT.... One of the nastiest rooms I've ever stayed in. I got a NO smoking room and the room smelt like straight cigarette smoke & my kids found cigarette butts on floor. My kids also found dead & alive bugs in the room. There was a horrible sewer smell that would not go away. I could NOT open my own door. If i needed to go somewhere i needed to go to the front desk and wait for them to come open my hotel door. The bed was so itchy i couldnt even stay the full night. I packed up and got my kids and myself out of there!
