Staff was great!! Room was very clean and comfortable.

It was clean but under par for the most part but the people were friendly

everything was ok

Room had and unpleasant smell, floors were dirty, fruit flies in room, toilet seat was very loose and there was a strip on the bottom of the tub hanging off covered in mold

The first thing I noticed was that my door was not locked. The door latch was in reverse holding it open. There were hairs in the bathtub from the previous people. The beds were made with the sheets that were used before. There were hairs and What looked like small dried blood spots. After we had called about the lack of housekeeping, they so kindly gave us clean sheets and made us make the beds ourselves. They said housekeeping only comes every three days. Outside access to side door, is usually left unlocked. And there was homeless people loitering and drug activity going on in the back, where unfortunately we had to park the first night. I did not feel safe alone with my kids. I normally try to find the positives, but there weren’t many. Really the only positive was the comfort of the beds, once we made them with clean sheets. Even the pool was cloudy and did not appear well maintained. The hot tub while hot did not work when turned on and was also cloudy. Would not recommend staying here. They had a grab and go style breakfast that consisted of a tiny school lunch style orange juice and a plain packaged donut and a fruit cup. Breakfast used to be so much better, but this could be because of Covid.

I got two rooms for a wedding. The room we were in was in need of repair. The swipe lock look like it had been kicked in. Shower rod was coming from wall with drywall attached. Side door of hotel opened for anyone to come and go. People drinking and other things right next to it. But at 3.a.m. all I cared about was sleeping to get to a wedding at 12.

Was a nice size room. Next to an exit corridor, so rather noisy as people entered and exited. Also close to check in desk which had no door to the corridor. Therefore noise from that was easily heard. Not any fault of the motel, but upstairs was a heavy fast walker who walked from one end of room to other or danced a good bit of the night.

Horrible, so much drug activity., in and out sketchy people all night and day. Noise all night long. Stayed four nights not once was our room cleaned.

I had reserved a room on the first floor because my son and I are handicapped. They gave our room away, even though I said that we would be arriving late. They didn't even apologize or try to make it right. I had called them directly even. No free breakfast either.
