Comfort Inn Lehi - Thanksgiving Point Area

No one at the front desk was Mary wearing a mask none of the maids were wearing a mask the room was dirty refrigerator you could not use because it was not cold we will never stay there again

Property rooms were small. Had a non smoking room but smoke in hallway would always get into our room. Bed was like sleeping on a piece of plywood. Pool was over chlorinated, no breakfast due to COVID. But they didn’t compensate anything for that had a sign saying they had muffins but clerk just smiled and said sorry the sign is wrong. Won’t stay there again.

Great stay but would suggest that the sign gets fixed that’s at the entrance, I drove right by it when I arrived and had to look for it. Blessed I had GPS

Employees don't wear facemasks, no breakfast as advertised, rooms don't get made up using COVID as an excuse, rooms smell like smoke. I would not stay in this hotel.

Was very good for all phases of checking in and staying for a couple of days. No problems Excellent service. We asked for an additional chair and it was delivered very quickly

I feel that the check in person needs to work on his customer service. We had some issues when the first person in our party checked in. After 2 emails, a phone call and 30ish minutes He was finally checked in. Upon our arrival, the paper work already on file, It took some time to find our reservation. We were handed our rooms keys. I had to ask where the room was located and which door would be the closest to park at. The WiFi information was not explained to us so we had to guess that the access code was the same as the password (tried the room number first that didn’t work) We were not told that we had to turn the air conditioning on figured that out when we got back to a very hot room. The hotel itself was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was different when we checked out and she was friendly and kind.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The biggest problem here is the front desk person the day I checked in, he was young and didn’t have great communication skills. He would rather continue to do whatever it was that he was doing on his phone then help me check in. He didn’t go over the WiFi info or where to park or any of that standard stuff front desk people do. I also noticed the back hallway door was propped open so that anyone could have walked in. The building itself was great.
