Red Roof Inn Sylacauga

first room assigned, toilet leave and left an awful odor.....taken to another room which was much better.......needs to be professionally renovated.......

I was a little skeptical when I booked because the price was so much better than anything in the area, but boy was I wrong. Cleaned place we have stayed in a long time and for the best price! Even the outside was super clean and manicured! Will definitely stay here again.

The room was not bad visually but it had a strong odor of incense or something that was really heavy on my chest breathing in there the bed was soft but the sheet had black mold on it when my wife talked to the front desk about it all we were offered was %15 percent discount on another stay which would just cover a little more that tax we chose this location because the days inn located in childersburg was booked we stay there around 30+ nights out of the year after going out for date night so we spend lots of money we had an issue with days inn only once in all the times we stayed there and the manager comped us the following day which makes someone feel like a valued customer don't get me wrong red roof was nice otherwise and we debated using it more often but customer service won out this time we gave them a chance to fix the issue and earn a loyal customer with lots of repeat business but they dropped the ball

I’m used to staying in much more expensive hotels that were not any better than this one. I was very impressed with the room.

Pretty good older property if you get an updated room. Simple and clean.

It was ok for a couple nights. We didn't ready so anything but sleep here otherwise we were up in the woods hooking. The room Served it's purpose

Affordable and accommodating for a last minute reservation. Ladies Natalie and Elizabeth were amazing!

The front dest was nice and had no trouble checking in. My stay was good overall and i like the privacy.

I will be uaing this location in the future.
