Hampton Inn by Hilton Ft. Lauderdale/Downtown Las Olas Area, FL

Everything was fine, it is just difficult with NO room service each day, which is only because of the COVID ordeal. Nice property, nice front desk people

Good stay, clean and comfortable.

the pillows were without cover,and dirty,and i couldn't sleep well,due to the tremendous noise in the hall coming front the next door.

We enjoyed the stay and the front desk clerk, Kelly, was great to deal with. We were however disappointed with the pool only being open until 5 or 6 and the fact that we had to spend extra money to have a decent breakfast. The breakfast bars and almost bad apples were not what was advertised. The website should advertise that they will not have breakfast.

Hotel and room were lovely. No problems with parking our car. My only disappointment was the breakfast. I totally understand not having a buffet with the virus. But their answer was a bottle of water, a packaged muffin with 3 grams of protein, a strawberry bar with 2 grams of protein, and a sour green apple in a brown paper bag. They could have least included a bottled oj and who eats a sour green apple for breakfast ???

Person who checked me in was very unhelpful. She told me it would be $20 for parking. I had to ask to find out that it was 20 each night. Which should be mentioned when the website offers free valet and parking. I had to where flip flops when I showered because the floor was disgusting. Hair everywhere. The lamps were ivory at one point but were stained brown. They never told me that housekeeping would not come at all. Some of the towels had stains. I accidentally booked my trip one night short. When I went to add on another night they told me they had cleaned all the rooms and housekeeping came and confirmed they had cleaned it all. I was terrified all of my stuff was stolen. It was still in the room along with all my other garbage. I definitely wouldn’t come back to this location. One of the reasons I chose it is so I wouldn’t buy breakfast everyday. Breakfast bag was filled with a tiny water, rotten dirty fruit, a granola bar and some unfavorful bread. No other options. I did not alert front desk of conditions as it seems they could care less about everything and was worried they May do something to my things while I was out

This hotel was awful! It was dirty, smelled, had wet carpet and bedding in the rooms, was in an extremely bad part of town, and all amenities were closed despite being advertised as open. For $125 you get a wet bed and floor, domestic violence occurring in the room across from you, no dinner, no pool, $20 a night paid parking in an empty parking garage (what a joke) and absolutely no where safe walking distance. We left within 15 mins.

Room was clean but little bit outdated, some pillowcases were old and had a holes. Bathroom was falling apart, I mean the shower head almost fall off.
