The hotel is outdated and can use some modern furniture however the older furniture was in great shape . Very clean

Heat could of been better. But noisy with bathroom exhaust consistently running need better comforters for bed

The room was clean, but the bed was so uncomfortable both of us had problems sleeping and it messed up both our backs. The phone did not work, and there wasn’t even a pen in the room to fill out the breakfast menu. Half or more of the outlets did not work. The bright spot was the staff at the restaurant downstairs. They were wonderful.

Room needs new carpet and bathroom update. Bed was not comfortable. Didn’t appear to be very clean.

Staff was super friendly! Anything you need just call the front desk. Nice big room and very clean. Shower was a little rough as the handle was stuck and there was no plug to take a bath. Great view - request river view for just $10 more or so. Nice location near a beautiful walking path around a lake. Good restaurants. Close to attractions. Would certainly go back.

The bed was comfortable room was nice and clean

The room was Hot. They couldn't get the AC to work. The staff changed our rooms but it was still hot. They mentioned it was a hotel wide problem, where it was set for heat and not AC, because they were not expecting it to get warm. To me that is unacceptable! I suffer from asthma and the heat was aggravating it. After the third room change, we finally got a room where it wasn't so stuffy and we could open the window.

They stay was great. The rooms were clean and the service was great. We had a little problem with the cable and air, but it was serviced immediately. We actually booked 4 rooms and we all had a blast.

Check in was great! Friendly at front desk. However, when we got into our room, there was urine on the toilet seat, wrappers and dental floss on the floor. The room did not even smell clean it sanitized. Also, were were not informed that rooms are not cleaned daily. When we got back to our room after a day with family, no bed made, no clean towels, etc. When we informed the front desk the next morning of the uncleanliness, ask she said was "ewww". An hour later, a bag of towels and toiletries were hung on our room door handle. Would not recommend this place! Will never stay here again! All of this uncleanliness occured during COVID-19 pandemic.

Stay every fall for our birthday, dinner at Capital Grille. Always a wonderful weekend. Room was clean and comfortable. Like having the mini appliances for leftovers.
