Comfort Inn and Suites St Jerome

We checked in around 9:30pm. Unfortunately the amount for the night was not at all what we expected. We booked this room for $102CAD + tax a night on hotels.com app and when we arrived at the hotel we were charged $160 tax in. We inquired about why the charged amount varied so much and we were told by the receptionist “ I don’t know, I can’t play with the prices. We attempted to call hotels.com for a refund of the difference but were put on hold for to long. The room itself was clean. The bed was comfortable. multiple lights weren’t working so I had to play around with the outlet plugs. No switches on the wall to turn on the lights either. Not happy with the price we were charged but the room was ok overall.

Our stay was acceptable taking in to consideration the moment we're living in, however I have to say that we found the sink clogged (the problem was solved in our presence and that experience was not pleasant). The pool opens at 9:00 am but we were waiting because obviously there was a delay and when I went to the reception the lady who is in charge of opening it spoke to me in a tone (and gesturing...) not very friendly, like: hey calm down, the pool opens today at 9:05 am or later, because I say so and nothing happens. To what I didn't reply but I thought: ok... well I think next time I'll spend my money elsewhere with at least cooler people (...) *The most significant thing was have the electronic card that opens the room door programmed every time we entered the hotel because it did not work. For what you charged us per night you could have added more soap/kleenex (we were two people using the beathroom, not one).

Convenient location for a transit stop over. Hotel building is very old and washrooms, tiles floor and carpets are stinky. No real breakfast included other than some granola bars. Exhaust fans don’t work You get a feeling of staying in a very cheap motel but the ratings show 3 star which is not up to standards of 3 star hotel. They should renovate the washrooms and change the carpet. They shouldn’t be charging $125 plus tax for this kind of hotel. I would suggest to look for a better hotel if you want to stay in Saint Jerome.

Overpriced, outdated, uncomfortable pillows and bed. Terrible breakfast options and hardly any amenities. Really disappointing. I had to ask for a towel as mine was missing from the room. Stay elsewhere!

the pool and slide was absolutely amazing fun for my kids and myself :-)

Stayed only 1 night but it was nonetheless one of the best inns I’ve been in so far (with regard to the amenities, complimentary breakfast, quality of room, location and restaurants nearby).

no fan in the toilet, old seat in the toilet, no microwave in the room. for the meal is not bad but for 2 days the same thing egg and saugage for the clean its ok.

This hotel has a great way to manage their renovations. No noise made early, and easy to move even if everything is being redone. The pool is perfect, slide a little small for adults :)

The hotel is great, I've stayed here twice now and will book again for my next visit. They have several wheelchair accessible rooms. #131 is Non a great room for wheelchair bathroom.. but the manager showed me several other rooms that have better bathroom layouts.. and different bed options one with a Murphy bed if you travel with a helper.. there are a few doors to navigate that are not currently set up with power buttons.. but she said she was going to look into it... The staff is always pleasnt and helpful.. breakfast options are good.. and coffee and tea is always available..
