Bristol Hotel

It is not fancy, but … the room was perfect for me. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. It is excellent because for a short walk, I can be in the action, noise, food, people, etc. Then I walk a block or so back to my hotel and it is quiet. Great coffee shop across the beautiful intersection and a little store to grab a water to go. No issues, stayed 4 nights and it is a repeat stay.

I stayed in room 309. I complained twice that the internet wasn’t working and the did nothing to fix it. The lobby internet didn’t work either. The room smelled every day and the bed was harder then the wood floors in my house. The shower had no pressure and was screaming hot. Every day I came back to my room after work the door was wide open. So after 7 nights I moved since the hotel never addressed the issues and was very concerned about my belongings being stolen. I can’t believe they have an 8.1 rating form trip advisor. What a joke of a hotel.

I would like to have a special place to receive a clients

The good things about this hotel were the prime location close to Reforma and Zona Rosa and the courteous staff. The elevators are terrible. Only one was working (size of a cupboard that fits 4 people max) and even that was out one time and I had to climb 5 floors. The toilet would not flush properly and would overflow everywhere if flushed forcefully. The shower would drench the whole bathroom. The sink would not drain properly. The heating was broken and would instead throw cold air in the room. On check in the window was left open by the staff which I didn't realise so the room was freezing the first night. I paid $40/night for this and it wasn't worth more than $20.

We stayed one night, accommodations were good, room was clean, bed was ok, but worn and sagged in the middle. We were in a good safe location close to the U.S. Consulate.

Location is good and hotel is nice. The staff was great.

The property was fine, the room and hotel were clean, and the staff was helpful. The stay was good value. However - do not believe they have wireless internet. It will not work on your laptop. It does work on your cell phone - but it is very slow. They will refer you to the "engineer" several times - but it seems they had no intention of fixing the DNS Server error. The "engineer" admitted to me that they had the problem - but nothing was done to fix it during my 5-day stay. This cost me lots of money, because I had to use cellular data.

Good place near everything around Mexico City downtown 👍👍
