Hotel Le Clocher de Rodez

Overall, my stay was comfortable, with the room clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and provided good service. The hotel is conveniently situated. The biggest downside was the very slow Internet service.

Property is good, but noise from the street. Good, that close to bus station. Only 15 min to walk.

Fabulous location and comfortable bed. Bare bones amenities.

My room was large and comfortable; reception staff were welcoming. The hotel is in a great location, 30 seconds from a metro station and 10 minutes from the city centre. the food at breakfast was good, but breakfast staff were inattentive, with tables left uncleared and regularly running out of glasses, cups, butter, bread etc.

Old hotel with a perfect location in the center. Close to subway and bus. Small but nice and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Everything was good except the breakfast that need a better organisation. First day the breakfast was good. Second day it was ok, but the only person that was working had not enough time to do everything needed. Last day the breakfast was a disappointment. We came one hour before the breakfast was closing, but everything was finished except croissants, coffee and orange juice. There was some marmalade and a kind of hazelnut cream as well. Except that everything was finished and the person working said "it´s finished...". So we got no bread, no ham or cheese, no scrambled eggs and so on. We had to buy another breakfast outside the hotel. So it might be a good idea to have an early breakfast. Except this, which probably was just a mistake in the organization, I can highly recommend the hotel.

This stay was okay. We checked in late and left early so not much to say. However the room was clean for the most part and thank God there was an elevator for us to bring the luggages up. Also we appreciated how they left a basket of mini croissants in the front desk for people to eat.

The ubication of the hotel is very convenient, near to the center, only 2 squares walking and in the corner is the metro station. The train station only at 5 minutes walking. The breakfast is delicious and it have a lot of options. This is good hotel!! :)

There was confusion over the sofa bed as this has been made but then folded away - not the most comfortable according to the kids. There wasn't a kettle and front desk staff very busy so although said one would be brought up didn't have a chance. Very helpful staff with regards to local knowledge and facility to leave bags after checkout. Not the best stay but this due more to yellow jackets protest which put a dampner on our visit to Toulouse. Nice area with some good cafes and restaurants nearby.
