Wonferfull Staff 😍

Beautiful resort on beautiful beach. Friendly accommodating staff. We had an ocean view room with great view of the ocean. The beach was literally across the street. Great sun! The food was mediocre. Pools were very clean an beautiful.

The hotel staff was great. I suggest staying at the Divi Tamarin. It has better beach access and has more lavish pool options. If you want to be walking distance from the action the Rui is probably better. We took a lot of cabs from this place.

The customer service wasn’t too good, the room was lacking upgrades and no elevator.

We loved being across the street from a quiet beach. We stayed here six years ago and it was quiet and not crowded then as well. We loved the infinity pool and swim up bar. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. We never had trouble getting a palapa on the beach even 6 yrs ago. The beach across the street is perfect - very spacious, clean and the water is so clear.

The property was beautiful, but my real complaint was about where you spend at least eight hours per day of your vacation is the BED. The Bed was soggy. We did not notice it the first night, but by the third night, we had to turn sideways just to try to sleep on the BED. We are not heavy people, I weigh 195lbs and girlfriend about 150lbs Room number 5401 the BED is trash.

The property is so are you never feel on top that of other people. The people of Aruba are always helpful and pleasant
